Our Promise to Your Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We provide a flexible return policy, giving you the opportunity to assess your purchase within 14 days or 250 miles from the delivery date. This ensures you have ample time to decide whether to request a return or exchange.
Simple Return and Exchange Process
To start a return or exchange, just contact us by email before 5 PM PDT on the 14th day following the receipt of your item. The day your item is delivered will be considered Day 0.
Return Eligibility
Returns are not accepted for items that have been altered, damaged, involved in an accident, or modified in any way. Additionally, items used as collateral for a loan (encumbered items) are not eligible for return.
